At present, the lodge offers 3 days
of fishing for $1,300, including transfers,
meals, and guide services. That’s $433
per day. In about 3 years, the average
trout weight can be increased from
1 kg to 2–3 kg, and specimens of 4–5 kg
can become regular. In this case, with
the same operating costs, the daily rate
per angler would reach $1,000.
We also recommend adding 2–3 more
bungalows to increase capacity. Besides
anglers, ecotourists can be attracted
with exciting excursions — ATVs,
horseback riding, photo safaris.
Additionally, we suggest evaluating
options for sheep farming, especially
elite breeds for wool sales.
The location allows for the expansion
of the existing business and can
increase profitability 2–3 times.
To achieve this, the lodge’s infrastructure
needs improvement, as well as raising
the average trout size through selective
breeding.
